if u have not declare something on ur application and if still no decision has been taken on your application then withdraw your application and re submit. other wise they may put a ban on re applying for some time...

guys i was reading one of the forums and UKBA have asked the person who is currently residing in bellymena in N.Ireland to get a character certificate from NI Police. I thought that it was not needed as it was not mentioned in the AN booklet?

hi, yes it takes time for them to decide about the application. you are obviously free to travel in the island and i believe some air companies or ferry do allow you to fly with your license or other id mention in their websites. if you are eu eea and have your passport and id card then its ok to go...

If they took your DNA etc then I am sure that it was a caution. Cautions are not conviction, but they are part of criminal record. Now, form AN asks for convictions and civil judgement. It does not ask for cautions. So, you do not need to mention it. Now you might worry that they might refuse your ...
