So I'll be applying for flr(m) 2.5 year renewal but only problem
Is my English test I did has expired so my question is do I still need to submit a valid English test for spouses visa renewal

British passport

But don't I need to submit b1 english test

Good news I've just had my appeal allowed It took the judge 5 mins to allow my appeal He said the eco are absolute fools for wasting his And my time Thats really good ! I am confused now, if you can get your visa granted by simply giving 3 month wage slips... and i gave 6 months wage slips yet mine ...
