Check and send is Crap and a waste of money.I also applied through check and send but there is nothing that I cant do to pay them for it.I will say best thing is to apply online and then post your docs this way you can track your application online. My application 8th may check and send postoffice ...

Application date 18.9.2014
Approval. Date 7.4.2015

I called home office to ask my application status
As its over 6 months and the lady even refused to
Take my reference no and told me to wait
Till its 8 months and then contact.and they can't do anything
Until it's 8 months time.
I m lost !

I calld the Homeoffice and ask them to check my application.They said they cant take my reference number or check my application status as the minimum wait period is 8 months. So they asked me to wait till its 8 months . I m feeling great! it was 6 months , how they are saying 8 months. is your app...

I m in the same boat mate.It looks like we are stuck.906£ is lots of money and the crapy service we get seems like we are ripped off .

I just called homeoffice and asked them status of my application they told me its not six month so i have to wait another month till the end of March.

Hi guys
I got my Ilr approval letter on the 15 and since then waiting for my biometric card send them an email but no answer uptil now bit worried anybody knows what to do

Ilr

Hi guys
Just received a letter from ukba that my ilr is approved . Just waiting to get my biometric card so i could start applying for jobs , its a good relief much awaited phew!

My MP contacted UKBA again for the 3rd time and this is the response I got..... I have contacted the UKBA and was told that they are currently awaiting checks to be completed. Once received this case will then be allocated to a case worker for a decision. They were unable to provide a definite time...

I want to ask if someone have a gap of 10 days during one of the extensions in 10 years ,meaning if ones visa ran out on 30 of dec and he applied 9 days late and got visa issued on 30th of february so will he still be elegible for an ilr as the home office guidance notes state that this will constit...
