hi rehan and other forum member.. i have been following this forum from long time. its so sad news..n specially reasons of refusal. it has been almost 10 months no result yet..waiting is on. it seems ukba dont want to issue visa. then they should stop this category. we have wasted our time and money...

I need help. my psw visa expired on 15/02/2013 and by mistake my solicitor did not submit my file until then. she submitted on 18/02/2013. I have switched to tier 1 enterprenuer visa.
1. would that affect my visa process/file?
2. am i allowed to work until decision comes?
3. do i have right to appeal?
yes It is a level 6 business. i havent swtiched yeat. but applying.
only thing is, i have not received any documents from hmrc. can any1 know what to do?? Can I request as put up a letter with application stating that i am waiting a letter from hmrc. once i get it i will be submitting to ukba???
