Re: Bank statements for ILR

bank statements are ideally should not be an issue but banks are making it more and more complicated if you ask me. On the safer side, if you have some time until you make an application, call the bank call center and ask them to send you paper statements via post, lloyds charge £5 and can send you ...

Re: Lessons Learned from Mistakes

Learning from an issue encountered by my friend, set a reminder in your calendar or phone to maintain the required balance in your account which you will produce bank statements of if you do not already keep money in the same account. Many people say it's not a requirement for ILR but I did it anywa...

Re: Payment card lost...How to fill in the Payment Details p

I was having the same confusion whether to fill in payment page or not. Some members were talking about filling it in even though they paid online while booking an appointment.

I filled in that section and the person returned it to me saying they don't need it as I paid already.

Re: How to fill in Question 5.3 on SET (O) application form?

I calculated total net income for the last 12 months and divided by 12 and entered a number in that section.

In a cover letter, I mentioned how I performed the calculation. No question was asked to me at the application appointment when they approved it.

Hey Mate, Did you maintain any funds for 90 days which is requirement for Tier-1 extension. Re: Days Out of the country

Hi,

members have already mentioned about the tickets. So I would suggest something else. If the person travelled for work, their employer should have all records when they traveled for work, if employer booked the tickets and paid the cost for their travel etc.

Re: Help with Online Appointment for Set (O) ILR

How much amount do you get there to pay if you select "other main applicant"?

For ILR under tier 1 using set O form is £1493 if it is correct.

You can then figure out the difference?

Re: ILR form SEt(O) help please.

I do not think it depends on you which section to fill in. It is as per rules of Home office. Everyone has to follow the rules.

Some people do not even make half of the money you claim to be earning but still pay the visa fees.

Did you get a letter on the day of appointment when they sent you back? I have not been given any letter when they send me back..

I have not received any refund either.
