Yes my wife was refuse her ILR because she had driving offence by police. And she was on my dependent from 2008 we was on Tier 1 General PBS point base system.

I am not sure on your case but better you will call Homeoffice and ask them its better for you.

As my knowledge they will count your 5 years from your entry date in uk

No there is no any maintanes fund requirement in ILR.

For your absence it's 180 days unpaid leave in 5 years they are counted if you get paid its not any problem. And also you are less then 180 days in 5 years so that's fine

You can not be out from uk more then 90 days in one year.

You not say which visa category you have. If you on Tier-1 general then you don't need to worry about P60 its not requirement for ILR via Tier-1. But if you are on Tier-2 then you need to keep P60 in your file.

There is no time limit. You can give any time in your 5 year tier 1 or work permit time. Beacuse once u pass its everything done. Life in uk certificate is not expired even you passed before 4 years from your ILR application date

NO.

you and your wife both is not qualified for ILR until you or your wife will stay in 10 year in UK. then you and your wife will applied ILR as a Long term resident.

No there is no any objection to CW. You was on Highly skill visa once they change tier-1 (general) its called skill worker. So thay don't have any problem unless if you not meet your income criteria. Tell them truth do not lie if the catch you in lie they will refused you. Best of luck

My Friend went in PEO same day and he got same problem they said they call for collect his file. he did not get call on Monday and his immigration adviser went there today and collect document for him and he got his ILR.

you can call HMRC and Give them your Details. They will posted your Tax History to you by Post and You can put that letter on your ILR file. P60 is not Necessary
