yes.thats correct.its bit costly. you can find whether your new employer whether they can bare these costs. few will do that

If you have any BRP card issued for your current visa, Carry that as well.

as of my knowledge, If you are on valid PSW visa, there is no need of RLMT.
once your company is registered and have the license , you can apply for Tier 2 visa.

With tier 2 visa you can only work for your employer on permanent basis.
