Yes the guys @ HO work all weekends including Sundays and bank holidays. My payment was aken on Sunday and I can recall one occation in 2008 when I had a call from case worker on a Sunday, to clarify some information about my LL application.

Looks quite strange. They ask for 10 yrs of council tax and utilities bill. How is one supposed to get 10 years of those. Senior members please comment.
