They can do this if they want to be considered for a grant of leave on a different basis to their initial application. FLR (O) pending ILR

Thanks Damanisshallo.

We will call the Home Office to get the status of the application.

I was not aware that someone could vary an application. If we go forward with this, it will be a variation from FLR (O) to FLR (M). Is there are a premium service for this?

FLR(0) pending ILR

Hi again,

My husband applied for FLR(0) as my ILR was taking too long and his PSW was expiring. Now that I have the ILR, can someone please advise what we should do about his application?

how long is LIUKT valid for?

Can someone applying for 10 years ILR in June/August 2013 do the old text now and it will still be valid then?
