How did they verify your statement oversee, i mean how you came to know UKBA checked the statement, either they called the branch or headoffice, email etc, can you please give some information...thanks

HO gave me 7 working days to submit the the orignal documents, but HO asked me to return those documents that i submit at the time of my application as on refusal HO sent me all those documents back, so i sent as it as i received.

Well i did not ask TS anything about the cost etc even we withdrawn the JR, but when i received the letter stating to withdraw the JR and go for re-consider they also mentioned that no cost from both sides will be charged etc.

I have contacted the TS and asked them to get the latest information on my case and TS contacted the HO and told me that as my case is being re-consider and looking by different departments in HO etc so they dont know how long it will take more time:(

I am on 200K route, as i mentioned in my previous tweet that when i got the refusal few months ago UKBA sent back the all orignal documents to me, now they asked me to resubmitt the same orignal documents which i sent as it is as i got them back from UKBA...
