Its been refused by upper tribunal. I dont know if justice has been denied or has been done.

I dont think that this can be used in psw cases because sshd has accepted this concession if a notice under section 120 is served.

Court of appeal will not allow to permission to appeal but applicants can apply to SC directly as well. Permission to SC has not been applied yet because lawyers are still working on the grounds to present before SC. Let see if they can.

If you were informed by awarding institute (on its letter head) then its ok. ceremoney is not date of award. date of award means when a student is notified by awarding institute that he has obtained the qualification.
