three working days no sign of payment debit

It has been three(its only 3 but still ) working days the application ? I have given the barclays debit card details ? have seen some on here got the payment debited same day. I heard they have closed a phone service too, is that correct ?? Should have used a cheque am thinking in the hindsight !

If one recieve the approval letter and waiting for a ceremony(say in two months time).

What would happen if you caught speeding next day, 6 points and your license taken away ?

would the council withdraw the approval letter ??
