Regarding EEA nationals and their family members. Providing you have the right to reside (i.e. exercising treaty rights) you are entitled to claim public funds. Hi again Allhumdulillah i got my residence card today i went to royal mail office. Got the packet opened it seen letters from ukba n then seen residence card in my passport Very happy for it.
