So you saying its not savings account and no notice period is required to withdraw funds? If that's the case then get a letter from your bank stating that no notice period and funds are available immediately as cash withdraw and bank transfer. Only a letter can clarify the whole thing to case worker...

If your Bank manager can write a letter stating that amount XYZ is fixed deposit however can also be available for instant use then i think UKBA will accept it.

If you went for PEO then 3 days ...


Biometric get printed only twice a week (Tuesday and Thursdays) ... and get delivered in 2-3 working days.

There is no civil judgement against you because the matter was resolved outside court. There is no need to put this in your application. You are fine then.

Keep your Class 2 NI payment slips when you go for PEO or if sending by post include them in file.

UTR letter is not necessary but will be nice if you include that as well.

Are you registered with HMRC as self employed?

Are you paying your Class 2 NI?

Have you registered your business with HMRC?
