Re: Recommended lawyers anyone?

Having a good loyal girl friend/wife/neighbour/lawyer especially in now a days is a wonderful blessings as it is bit difficult to find. But I can bet that this board and its posters possess comparatively far more knowledge then market lawyers who I believe read themselves this same board to keep the...

Re: Why ukba most often not be able to change new address

UKBA, royal mail, London underground, etc belongs to same family who receives an abundance of laziness & incompetence in inheritance. That's why they won't let either of them in any area of incompetence. But apart of all that the hand written letter still always work great than other technical ways ...

Re: Is overcrowding treat as crime

It's a social crime. Reporting councillor will surely bring rapid s action but another easiest way to trace that estate agent who let the property and they definitely be unaware of that illegal sub letting and if someone inform them then the whole they will take care of to clear up the mess. Better ...

Re: Can EU/UK law change to cut down immigration figures?

Thankfully UKBA always introduce transitional measure especially when a big change is taking place to benefit the existing population under a specific route. And same will apply if UK come out from EU. But in the meantime you just concentrate on Interview for which they may call you to Liverpool or ...

Re: Can EU/UK law change to cut down immigration figures?

Usually eea2 warriors awaiting decision very oftenly get frustrated from day to day news. Don't give attention to EU news although one day UK have to leave EU but it will certainly takes a lot time. I believe currently the whole EU is busy in refugees issue.

Re: COA with no right to work-married

Caseworker is correct because either original national ID card or passport of eu national requires for the validation of application which yield COA with right to work. It is to fish out those applying without the consent/knowledge of eu partners. Best is to send them either original passport/ID and...

Re: Advice Please !!!

If you had completed 5 years and your ex eea partner has been helping you and if such treaty right evidences cover 5 years then you can apply PR but I am not sure whether they may ask marriage certificate/call both for interview where the matter may disclose. For this reason you have to attach eea n...

Re: MODERATORS AND MEMBERS ONE VOICE

I don't think it will even work in such a way because they are fed up and too tired from eu route applications which is the only route left for non-eu nationals to stay here after the closure of all other routes. Although they are breaking eu laws but for securing their borders and labour market the...

If you are married with eu national then why are you thinking to go back Bangladesh? I think ukba staff thinking that it's marriage of convenience but if you are living together with eu national and have proofs then you may show it. I think your solicitor is unprofessional/inexperienced who is not h...

Re: UKBA Visit,,, no one were at home

they can use any loophole. That's not a loophole. It is not for them to convince you why they should reject your visa. It is for you to convince them to grant it. In absence of such convincing, the default answer is no. If they have told you that they will be visiting, they must have been really un...

In this case they won't damage door rather simply refuse the application. One kidnap allegation I seen that policemen came with heavy bodybuilder and carpenter who fix immediately the door and advised the landlord to collect key from them.

The average marriage life between EU and non EU national usually last between 2-5 years depending on circumstances. UK law will not come into play. For retaining right you should divorce but at least 3 years of marriage should have been past even you separate living but still be called as EU nationa...

Re: Non EEA and EEA marriage is breaking with 8 months old c

I think you should buy a good smart phone/device which record voice and video. That you can use when she is in violence mood just to create evidence for your safe side. Aggression from the hands of women very rarely be listened but still it's occurrence possible depending on mental conditions, habit...
