Re: FLR fp home office appointment before decision.

Unfortunately such letters are sent out to get applicants detained and refusal letter issued right there. After detaining applicant, they will then fax a copy of refusal to solicitor (if any)

I have been through this and it's not a suiting experience.

Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

Icehouse, the letter me maybe good news however, I think this forum is meant to give guide lines instead they are self made lawyers, who can give you the wrong advice . Sometimes I feel why would a blind man give another blind man directions. If you have a lawyer it's best to ask someone who is ...

Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

I think this time we should both get a good result, people keep saying it will happen eventually, it's just the waiting which is so hard. Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

@Omobajay: Yes our situation still remains the same, except that we do now meet the financial requirement, though its not needed in the flr(fp) route, but we included pay-slips, employment letter and bank statements anyway. The only fear i have is that we do not have any children and the fact that ...
