today I got my ILR approved following removal of 245AAA(b) :)
Congrats, Camilla.

If you can share your situation, and also the process you took for ILR application, it would be very helpful in this forum.

Re: Great News: 60 days unemployed period (245AAA(b)) removed from new rules

Same here, Given that "The changes to Part 6A set out in paragraphs 6A.22 and 6A.23" - 6A.22 and 6A.23 are related to Tier 2 application, and CoS. 245AAA(b), which is not included there, as it is 6A.3. Which means it is refered as The other changes in the last paragraph in Implementation part. (Shal...

Re: Tier 2 (general) - gap before job start

I personally think it will be no trouble. I have seen someone post here with having a problem at ilr, as he was laid off for 4 5 months and was between jobs during that time. However, in your case, i dont see why. If the notice is 1 week, if i were u, i would give the notice in december.. even if i...

Re: No curtailment letter even after 8 months

Hey, if it is "okay" as she/he doesn't get a curtailment letter from HO, is he also qulified for ILR if she gets a new visa with new sponsor and meeting 5 years requirements? Or 8 month gap in employement also breaks 5 years requirements? I read some thread saying if you stop working more than 3 mon...

Re: Tier 2 new application after redundant

Hi Jaskamalman, Here's my thought, but as I am not a professional visa adviser, please take it just a reference. - Do you think 100 days gap between two jobs, will it be fine for our ILR application? Yes I do. Actually, even though there's a gap between jobs, I didn't breach the immigration law at a...

Tier 2 new application after redundant

As a sponsor, they assigned me a CoS already, and now I am applying Tier 2 with online application by myself. Those questions...
