Many thanks for your reply. These forms are for the partner of settled person. Would I be able to apply for my partner before getting ILR. One solicitor told me to use FLR -LR forms.

Your history is really complicated. The judicial review does not extend your leave under 3C but carry on pursuing your judicial review.

Many thanks Richard. Yes I'll apply again under 10 years long residence category. Since February 2010, I've been lawful in the country and there is no gape in my lawful residence. I am hopeful to succeed this time.

Refusal of application on 10 years residence

I came to UK on June 2003 and started Diploma in Feb 2004 and then continued BBA. Secretary of state wasn't satisfied that I had spent more than two years on short courses and broken off long course before completion.

LONG RESIDENCE AND DEPENDENT APPLICATION

I am still waiting for my ILR. After my ILR I am plaining to apply my wife's visa at PEO using both FLR (M) and SET (M) application forms. The application fees are different for both application forms. To book an appointment which application form I should use.
