Re: Permanent Residence Card - Processing Time 2017

The facts are different from what you mention. There is no diffeernce if you have the PR certificate or no. Its only for people who want to apply for British nationality. Getting a job etc still does not require any more document other than your passport. The belief is that it will be easier to obt...

Re: Permanent Residence Card - Processing Time 2017

Hi all, if you fail to obtain a permanent residence card, will the home office grant you a residence card instead? I ask this because: my current RC will expire soon, I believe I am qualified for the PR; however, what if I fail? It will take sometime to dispute or apply for a RC. This can put me in...

Re: Online EEA PR and EU passport return service available

One question related to online application and passport return service: It seems to me that one can keep the passport in the EEA PR application now, what about other travel document such as previous issued residence card? Can the non-EEA family member keep their card as this could greatly facilitate...

Re: Online EEA PR and EU passport return service available

Hi all, Recently Home office has greatly simplify the EEA PR procedure. For EEA working in UK and their family members, documents required are extremely simple. The guideline indicates what HO needs in the application: "5 consecutive P60s for the EEA national sponsor; and proof of relationship betwe...

RC paper

Hello, I have very simple question.

I received my RC recently. As my passport was with me then, they sent me my RC on an A-4 paper. I just wonder how do I deal with this?

Shalli try to put it on my passport or I will always carry it with me when I travel? It is absolutely very inconvenient.

Hello thefly, sorry to hear about your delay. I confirm that even the family permit has expired, with your marriage certificate and your company, your husband should be able to enter UK. I did it in Brussels. The procedure for the staff is pretty standard. They will give you a stamp on the passport ...

Re: EEA2-COA not arrived yet

Have you got the COA already? It's terrible that there is still none for me. I wrote to the MP, no reply. I pushed the embassy, still waiting for reply. I even wrote to liverpool a letter, no reply. I only got my passport back and i am able to travel! Thank you for your reply. I am so sorry for the ...

Re: EEA2-COA not arrived yet

Thank you for your reply. I am so sorry for the delay in your case.

I notice that some people applied later than I did, already got the COA.
If you look at my case, it's rather straightforward, so it concerns me that I still not yet got it.

EEA2-COA not arrived yet

Hi, I submitted my application on January 8th, 2013, but I still haven't got the COA yet. I called several times recently, and one lady told me she could not find my information in the system. But today I got a call from liverpool and they said that they are going to send back to me my passport (as ...
