My FTT was at Hatton Cross on 14th November which was dismissed. I got my decision in about 4 weeks. I applied for a UT appeal which was permitted and the hearing was fixed on 14th Feb 2014. So all in all it took 3 months between the two hearing dates. Hope this helps you. @Aceventure Hi ...

Hi Olasunkanmi. You are right , but it was the FTT Judge who dismissed it quoting the 0203 code. So the HOPO was trying to convince the UT Judge to allow them to reconsider the case, in other words withdrawing the decision and going through all over again. Judge advised us 2 weeks to receive the judgement. Nothing Recieved so far.

Just remembered ... He also asked us when was the last time we visited our family back home and now when we are here how do we contact are family. LOL ... Only he knows what way all this is connected to my case !!!

And all this went on for a good 20 - 25 mins.

Yes. The 3 months rule implies on dates of papers submitted and not the registration date of the co. Please refer to the Policy Guidelines.
