I received my ILR on 19/12/14 , I applied on 27/08/14 based on (10 years) Can somebody update Google drive plz

I get ILR (10 years long residencey) my dependant wife joined me in August 2009 as student dependant , she already spent 5 years as pbs dependant , now she received flr m as dependant of settled person.
My question
Can she apply for set (m) now or she has to spend another 5 years as dependant ??
