Brother, if your appeal refused, you need to make your way to court of appeal, just to buy time until you apply for your ILR, you will still cover under section 3c. Hi all,
I received my daughter certificate on the 1st August , but certificate dated on 28 July. Application was made on the 3rd Mach 2015. Waiting time nearly 4 month.
Now will get the British passport done this week with fast track 7 working days.

Brother those who apply in March don't need to do finger print or photo taken, also I did applied on 3rd March , but you have to wait 6 month, that's what the home office will tell you. Hi guys, I know we all are very stressful , but we have to wait, I applied for my son mn1 in February 2015 and I got certificate in 1 week. Now I applied for my daughter on the 3rd March and still waiting already been 3 month.

You have to wait , there is nothing you could do about it. I applied on 3rd March and still waiting,those who applied in April and May you have to wait , as they have not yet released the batch of March yet.

Brother the only options is go back to student again and doing level 8 again, but CAS letter need to be issued by university for work permission 20 hours.that's all I can suggest. I got my hearing coming on 28 July , regarding PSW.
