Why there is no European passport for people who live in Europe for 5 or more years in different countries of Europe ! Its really not fair if you move to other countries for job and you have to start from Zero to get a passport Same currency why not same passport for people who live legally in Europ...

But obtaining FP after appeal is Allowed is not easy nowadays. It does take a lot of time and complains to UKBA and Sometime you have contact SOLVIT though doesn't work out sometime

Employment rejection is just a excuse for UKBA to delay your application.
If your go to Court for Appeal with same evidence you will win and will get compensation of € 80
