I am seriousely thinking about SET (F) according to your advise, but one thing is clear that he can't stay on FLR (M) application, cause he has applied as a dependant on my behalf, as I will be applying for SET (LR) sooner.

Technically you are not eligible to apply on the behalf of 10 years long residence, cause when you applied for JR you long residency broke up.

Congrats that you have received your ILR, I just wanna some information regarding the FLR M, did you provide the original marriage certificate or birth certificate in case of (Child) alongwith your dependants application, please shed some light.
