Withdraw Appeal

Hi, My grandfather has passed away and I want to go home. If I withdrawl my appeal, how long will it take for my passport to get back to me? Will they just give it to me at the airport as I will then have no right to be in the UK. It is rediculous they make us unable to travel, even if they had a re...

Certified Copy of Passport

I need a certified copy of my passport, which I did not do before I sent off my application. Has anyone been able to get a copy of their passport while it is in the agency's hands? I never expected it to be out of my hands for this long.

Re: Adjourned hearing
@ Melbgirl, Sorry about the adjournment of your court hearing. Please what was the reason for refusal? Did you apply in your home country or in the UK? Wishing you all the best with your appeal
My reason for refusal was that i did not supply all of our payslips for the 12 months bef...

Adjourned hearing

I got a letter today saying that my appeal hearing due for Monday has been adjourned for four months as there was a 'lack of court time'. This letter was sent through normal post. It seems they had only allowed a small amount of time for my hearing and as I am bringing 8 witnesses with me, they do n...

Process at Tribunal

Would you please post about how the tribunal ran?

Did you have to wait a long time to go in? How many other people were in the room with you? Did you hire lawyers for your appeal?

FLR M - work rights if appeal refused

Could someone please tell me the details of what happens if an appeal is lost? How long would I have until I have to leave? Do I have to stop working as soon as I get the letter?

Thanks
Relationship Akin To Marriage FLR M

Hi casnz, Thank you so much for sharing. Surely a mortgage should set it in stone just as much as marriage! By the time my appeal comes around and maybe gets refused it will be around September so by then we would have only had 2 months apart in the two years, and they allow up to 6 months apart (if...

Relationship Akin To Marriage FLR M

I have been refused (flr m) as they think I have not been living in a relationship akin to marriage. How do I prove this if we lived with parents for the 2 years? We did not have bills in our name as it was all in our parents and we just contributed cash towards other household items. Also my partne...

Inconsistency

Here's our timeline 27/12/12 sent off application 4/1/13 acknowledgement letter received and money taken 4/2/13 bi...

Re: FLR(M) Refusal

We received a refusal letter on 26/03/2013 for our unmarried partner visa. It came special delivery and needed to be signed for, but not in the envelope that we provided with our application. As we had already suspected, it was refused because we had not been living together for the full two years....

Refused

My visa was refused. They returned my refusal letter with my partner's passport, but I did not get any of my documents back. Has anyone else been refused and their documents returned a later date? I want to appeal but I want to see what I sent them so I can work out what they need. I was refused as ...

Waiting times

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... tingtimes/

Has anyone else noticed they have changed the waiting times page recently? Didn't this use to be a table with the different visas and the estimated time? Or am I looking in the wrong place?
