I spoke to HSBC customer service yesterday and they said now you can download and print at home as they are pdf file which is same as they send by post and it will acceptable at psc

Wait for few days I hope will recieved the new letter with ur wife.

But technically it's not ur previous visa valid for 30th June but u can work upto 30th June with ur previous sponsor

Normally It should not happen like this they always send the biometric letter together. But still u have 15 days to give ur biometric so u can wait for few days.

Ur start date in cos is the start date of work i.e 1st July and the start date on the BRP will be the visa approval date.
U can work for ur previous employer upto 30 June and can give notice of minimum 4 week as a full time worker.
U have to start new job on 1st July

If u switch for same job and same soc code and apllying for more than 3 yr (in total)u need experience salary.

If ur extension is for same job with same employer u don't need rlmt.
Ur sponsor should apply for new cos allocation. It take 2 week to get new cos.
It will be better if ur sponsor will call home office and request to allocate ...

I think if u r not on tier 2 visa any more now she can't stay on tier 2 Depandant as she is tied with ur visa..

I have 2 option 1. Wait Upto qualified piriod. The licence is suspended not revoke. If licence will revoke and if HO will send a curtailment letter of 60 days u can apply within this 60 days 2. He can apply for ilr anytime from now When To Apply You should apply before the end of your permitted stay...

I personally prefer to just put ' Exemption as switching from tier 4' Don give change to case worker to go deep ... If u put the advertisement detail they will try to find out whether the advertise is specially created for you or not? They r very strick now a days and just trying to find the point f...

It's chance of home office visit and they may ask for all the paper required for licence from A & B Technically u r not allow to work at A as P has not include A as a branch when applied for licence or not even mention the work location as A

I think kaph is asking for 2 sponsoror to make to get 20000 salary from both to get the visa.
And if so its not possible.
Secondary employment apply only if u get the tier 2 visa
