You can still enter the start date of your Tier 1.

Yes you can apply on 20th May.

Can please somebody explain what would happen if (worst case) dependent is not granted ILR due to Cohabitation issue? Would they grant further Leave to Remain or what?

Thanks a lot for quick reply.

I was in the UK (on Science and Engineering Graduate Scheme) when I applied for Tier 1. So I was present from day one.

Does this mean I can apply from 30th April?
