Hi Please share it if you get it. I have been trying to get in touch with Ombudsman for a while. I have been on their website quite a lot of times and it says we must get a final answer from UKBA before contacting ombudsman. What can I do if they don't reply to letters or emails? I have been waiting...

Hi Memphis Here is it is mate: rob.Whiteman@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk I also copied in Theresa May and Mark Harper. Only Rob's office replied back and no reply from the other 2. 9 Months and counting :(

Good spreadsheet

Good effort collating the spreadsheet. Out of interest, am I the only one still waiting since August 2012? I can only see my application from August. May be UKBA have managed to complete 99.9% applications then. I will be finishing 9 months in a weeks time. Still waiting. Mixed emotions now, mostly ...

There are odd examples in this forum every now and then, even today there is an approval from Feb 2013 application. Now that could just be a one off but I believe they have started to take it serious from 2013 onwards. May be they are not receiving many application. One other interesting thing is th...

Nice to see some action after a few dull days here. Its interesting to read these. I guess the heat is on but then on the other hand I don't see any improvement to the old cases. I think they have decided to start all over again from Jan 2013 and picked 2013 applications to do so. As a result you ca...

Re: Set(O) August applicants - Anyone still waiting?

Is there anyone, who applied around 22nd Aug still waiting for a response. I applied for a Set(O) on 22nd Aug 2012, with 3 dependents via the Tier 1 (General) route after 5 years . I am tired of waiting now - over 7 months now - and worried I may be alone. Love to hear from people in the same boat ...

Hi The number is 0870 606 7766. Its true that they have made all the possible efforts to ensure that you don't get through :). Their IVR menu never gives us the right option.
