Your chances of coming back to the UK without a visa is very slim. As your PWS has expired, you wont be able to apply for a student visa within the UK. Your best bet is to wait for your current application to be concluded.

when he acquires PR, he can sponsor relevant family members to the UK. However, he cant use EEA route.

Sadly you can't sponsor anyone. Even while you were married, you will still have to rely on your EEA national to sponsor your family members.

Can you ask your husband to get a statement of National Insurance account covering the year you dont have P60 for from HMRC? If can get this, then I will advice you to go reconsideration and appeal at the same time.

The child born while the mother was still married to EEA national, irrespective of who the dad is, qualifies as a family member of EEA national and can also retain right of residence.

The child born before RoR is a family member of EEA. The one born after RoR assume the nationality of the non EEA national and cannot live in the UK under EU law. You cant pass a right you dont have to someone.
