Re: Salary paid to self from revenue

@ whiteroses, you need to show your audited or unaudited account during extension and all records of investment funds and revenue are usually separated in the account. But don't forget that you as a director cannot count your salary with investment funds, so you shouldn't have any problem different...

Re: wedding on Tier 1 ent Visa and 6 months to 10 years

Hi, I agree this is one of the worst visas in terms of prohibitions it placed on applicants. I also agree that if we get the visa then they shouldn't be harassing people on airports but the attitude of this society is changing dramatically and it is represented by their immigration policies. You sa...

Re: Funny reason to reject visa

Yes you can reapply any time with all the evidence. Best of luck If you can provide evidence that you were in Pakistan at time of wedding and you have lived at same place for some time then go for fresh application otherwise go for appeal. Don't know what to do. because one solicitor said go to fres...

Re: Director's salary and investment

The words "money must remain available to the applicant until such time as it is spent for the purposes of his business" were in the rules at the time you received your visa. They didn't make any changes, they just clarified what is meant by " spent ". In my view this applies to everyone who obtain...

Re: Director's salary and investment

It is one of the cases where UKBA has been rather clear in their guidance. As it stands at the moment "spent" for the purpose of your business excludes remuneration of the applicant. As there is no other rule to the contrary it will certainly apply for the extension applicants. I don't see why ther...

Re: 180 days rule

In my opinion it should be the last 3 years from the date you will apply for extension.
If you received Visa on 17th July 2013 then your extension will be around 17th October 2016 and if you will apply in first week of October 2016 then calculate 3 years from that date.
