hi

you need to file an appeal. as per bank policy it is impossible to provide the evidence. one of my client had same issue and he won the appeal on basis of common law fairness.

One has to withdraw within 14 days to save fee. After 14 days they won't give fee. But I don't suggest withdrawal.
Now technically, the moment you withdraw application. Your leave is already expired.

Please go through the SOC codes and you will understand. They have not mentioned food industry specifically but my understanding is that they will judge every application with the soc codes standards
