Please visit this group and join if possible, they are going to file a review request against this new rule of 5 years of ILR depednant for Pre-July applicants.

Try before 4pm (before closing time and you should be able to collect your docs I guess)

Thanks Vinny fir replying I called ukba yesterday to find out and they guuded me to call ukvi-international.faq-help.com I called and paid £1.37 per minute for advice over the phone. The rep said as long as dependent's old visa is not expired, they are fine to come back country even if main applican...
