HI,

I note your refusal issues which speak about something else rather than a professional 's concern or conclusion. You should not be stressed and try to be ready to face the challenges through legal way.Prepare your appeal and go ahead with it and hope you will achieve your goal.

Best of luck

Re: lost my sons birth certificate

I can get your point but it will not add that much to your son application as you think and as you are now outside the UK ,you need to apply for entry clearance for your child and as per rules you must meet the requirments whether your dependant/minor child was born outside or in the uk .Providing c...

Because security guard and the placement thereof is not a level 4 activity! That is all the business is doing and as such it will not be eligible for T1 at the 50K psw threshold. Your legal advisor should know this. I have discussed the topic earlier when my appeal was pending. And now my appeal wa...

Re: APPEAL ALLOWED(CONDTIONALLY)

It simply means that the HO will look into your application again in line of the immigration rules in practice at the time of your application. I don't get that the IJ asked you to write a letter to HO for reconsideration of your case. I believe the determination will be self-explanatory in this reg...

Re: Dependents Right To Work, Employer's Query, PLZ Help !!

I don't think any employer will be able to have a check under the present circumstances and better is for you t...

Two type of contracts:one is contract for services(with clients/company/business) and the second is contract of service(with employee-employment contract).HO requires your contract for services and if you provide them the contract of services with employees as well, that would be a plus point.

No this is not true. Both are looked by an immigration judge. For your quick understanding if an appellant states in person before the court that he had 10000£ but no paper evidence, his evidence would not be considered. But if someone goes through a paper appeal and states in grounds of appeal that...
