Thanks Shreaz. The link says ILR fee changes for the NON-PBS Route application. There is no fee update for PBS_ILR application.
(ILR fee changes mentioned under the table named "In UK - Non PBS")

The Tier1 G & WP route ILR will come under PBS. Does this afect this category?

Is the ILR fee changes from Apr 6th 2013?

Hi,

I have read the news about the fee changes for some type of visas and ILR. But I am confusing that the document says ILR fee changes for NON-PBS route.

Does this affect our Tier 1 G & WP holders and their dependants?

Thanks guru. I am eligible with the option 2 as you mentioned. But, still I wanted to show my high earnings by including my pension contribution as well. Getting an employer letter is a pain in my concern. so i would go for option 2 only..

Thanks.

In one particular day, if you are not out of uk 24hrs that day can be disregarded. The days your are out of UK should be covering 24hrs in any particular date.

As long as you have your WP permitted and visa stamped in your passport, I don't think they would require your WP salary details. Hence you have already proved that you were earning.

Even I was in my early 2.5 years in WP only and with Tier 1 G after that.

Azee, As long as you have less than 180 days in your 5 years slot. You no need to worry according to the new rules in place.

I guess you no need to prove about your compassionate reason if the absenses are less than 180 in last 12 months.

as per new rules, there is no special discretion for absences due to compelling or compassionate reasons. You can have continous absence upto 360 days successfully split into two 180 days - but any annual block exceeding 180 days means the application is unlikely to be approved. Hi Ban, I am also h...
