There is nothing stopping you from working legally, but it does not give a good impression. Considering the fact that this visa category gives lot of room to the case officer to sway, having a full time job will definitely not help in getting a favourable decision. Thanks for the prompt reply Would hiring 10 employees from European union qualify for fast track as in 3 years indefinite visa Any worker who satisfies the 'settled worker' criteria as per the guidance can be hired for the accelerated ILR route. For your question regarding share question, there is no restriction for the value or number of shares and you can have 1 share and declare 100% ownership to it. Yes it was recorded delivery 2nd class. I believe it was because I didn't added a separate first class parcel envelope in my initial application pack.
