Error on application

Hi All,

While submitted the application online, my wife accidentally selected appendix 3 instead of appendix 2.

We just realised the mistake now. She is due to submit her documents on Friday so are we ok to just cross out 3 and put 2 on the printed application form?

There we are. This is most likely the accurate answer. :)
As long as his letter from employer states that his working hours varies each month then you should be ok.

Thanks everyone. I must admit that first time ever in my life I am having to ask for clarifications about immigration matters. The language and drafting used in rules/guidance is very confusing. From my above examples it appeared that Mr Dee Struction would meet the requirement under cat A. But whe...

You can apply under Cat B even if you've been with the same employer for over 6 months and your monthly pay is variable.

You'll need last 12 months payslips to prove you've earned atleast 18,600 in the last 12 months. And you need to prove that you will continue to earn at 18,600 in the future.

you cannot combine cat a and b calculations together. They both need to be evidenced differently. For the first part of Category B, You need contract and employment letters from all employers to show that your gross pay combined from all jobs is atleast minimum of 18,600. And then for the second pa...

Yes, they can be combined, though the calculation for cat a and b is different, do you know how to calculate them? Thanks for your reply. The scenario is my brother (application for his wife to join him) has been in salaried employment for the last 12 mnths where his gross annual income is £17,800....
