very urgent plsssssss

I got my biometric card today. But in Card, the End date its showing valid date is until 19 June 2013. It must be 19 June 2016.

I moved form PSW visa to tier 2 visa. In the COS, my boss kept the start date as 7th June 2013 to end date as 7th June 2016. Can anyone please help me in this

I got approved letter on PEO appointment . But still havent receveid BRP card. Today is 7th day. I called DX Courier Service and they said there is no parcel on my name or post code. What can i do ? Is anyone are in same situation . pls ?
