How could the child be a British citizen from birth? His parents have not been living in the UK for more than 5 years and I assume they do not have ILR. I hope that child can be a British citizen by birth. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/nationality/guide_mn1.pdf Autom...

Where did you get this information?

I was told by an GNIB officer that i would be able to get a stamp 4 after 5 years of stamp 1 or 1a. Anyway, i should be able to get a green card after i finish my training. I am not sure, it seems that some GNIB officers are very picky while some are not.

It's good to know that you have made your decision. Unfortunately, I could not apply for the coming term as my CAP 2 results would not be release until mid Aug while ACCA requires students to apply all exemptions by the end of July. They have a new rule that all students have to complete F1-F9 befor...

You do not have to look for a place in practice, you can look for one in industry. I would like to look for anot...

His children would not b...

How old is your step-daughter?

Has your wife (or step daughter) been working in any EU states for the last 3 out of 5 years?

One way to find out an answer is to contect the university's international/finance office. They are the one to decide the fee status of your step-daughter.

Good luck.
