Affidavit for lost certificate

Hi ,
I have to submit an affidavit sworn before first class magistrate /oath commissioner for certificate destroyed by rain to the related University in India. I'm in the UK.
I'm based in the UK. An affidavit sworn before HCI London would be accepted in India?
What are my options, please?

Thanks

Re: 2 years route for ILR dependent - Urgent

As per the rule you have to switch to FLR-M .However if you can search post you can see that many people have been successful without switching to FLR-M.

Re: Unable to get Employer Referance Letter for ILR URGENT!!

There is no alternative . Company has to mention that you are still required for the job for foreseeable future. Can you ask your company to look for another client in UK ? The problem is through ICT route you can't get ILR unless employer is supportive and ready to issue required letter.

Re: TIER 2 ILR

Just a letter which says you are entitled for n number of days paid leaves and haven't had any unpaid leave in last five years is suffice . You can get this added in reference letter itself.

Your leaves are <=180 in each qualifying period ?

Re: Minimum Salary requirements for ILR after 4-APR -2014

Your bad luck continues. This salary is based on 37 hours (source:Migration Advisory Committee). Contact a solicitor and check if you can show less number of hours (Supported by employer letter) per week to meet requisite salary . It isn't appropriate though. In my opinion you go with a good solicit...

Re: ILR -Tier 2 General enquiry

The problem is all these 5 years are null and void for ILR . Worst case it gets rejected and you have already come to terms with it. Now , if HO decides to check with HMRC and your VISA gets rejected then you can take legal route as your stay is legal because you had valid work VISA. Paying NI/TAX f...

Re: ILR -Tier 2 General enquiry

Coming back to your ILR , Your employer agree to give you reference letter in required fromat for ILR ? e.g. SOC code , paid above SOC code and employed for five years ? If Yes , then you might give a try . Because paying/deducting tax responsibilty lies with employer . If X amount is dedcuted from ...

It is risky. I would go for extension and later split leave in a way that it is <=180 in each qualifying year .

When is she eligible to apply for ILR from 2010 ? Maternity is a valid ground to seek exemption .
If her ILR is due after April 2015 then you should go for extension . If it is due before that then you can try ILR first .

Re: PLEASE HELP * Application for ILR in Croydon while pregn

Unless someone is seeking financial exemption because of maternity there is no section in SET(O) form where you can declare regarding pregnancy. Which form and section are you talking about ? Also , you must provide correct information related to it if being asked.
