Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

Decided I wasn't going to put up with the bullshit of UKBA like I did for my IRL. So already contacted my local MP and going to let them deal with. So frustrated with the process. Thought the idea of using a NCS was to make things easier for them.........
Application Timeline Eli...

That is one of the reason we are upset, the university never required to have this. She did work part time while going through uni. Seems like a pretty bullshit reason to deny my PR since I already have the right to work here as a spouse of an EU citizen.

EEA4 denied

Thanks for the response Jambo. She was working for 3 years, then went to uni to get her degree for 3 years and worked part time, and then has been working the past 4 years. We will be appealing, but we only sent the most recent P60's and bank statement along with her letter saying she had graduated ...

EEA4 denied

So I finally got my decision from the Home Office, only took 8 1/2 months for them to make a decision and to have the deny my application for because she did not hold comprehensive sickness insurance in the UK. They also were not happy we didn't provide the P60 for both my wife and myself for the pa...

Latest update of my EEA4 visa

Just wanted to update everyone on my status as I've found it very useful. I had made the decision to travel after the 6 month waiting period, but a decision had not been made on PR. When I tried to get back into the UK the Border Agency/Immigration stopped me. I showed them my COA letter and stated ...

Latest update of my EEA4 visa

After contacting my MP a second time and requesting my passport back a second time, our passports finally arrived. But they were minus my IRL visa. Quite disappointed as they had 5 1/2 months to process my application but didn't. Does anyone know if they still process the application (yes I did ask ...
Secondly, my case was dealt with by the CCD Liverpool team which I find unusual and a tad disconcerting. Should I be concerned? Has anyone had their EEA4 application dealt with by the CCD with a UK immigration-style issued vignette?
I'm assuming it was dealt with the CCD Liverpool te...

My EEA4 PR timeline

Its now been 4 1/2 months and I've not heard a thing. So I've contacted my local MP and requested the return o...
