Looking at the form EEA1, it's not for Bulgarian or Romanian nationals I'm guessing, but as the UKBA intends to apply the same work restrictions to Croatian nationals I doubt we'd be able to use it ...however... It does seem like we're in a catch 22 here. If we appeal on the basis that they misinterpreted EUlaw when they put reg 9 in the rules they could easily drag it out until she is an Eu citizen, and I assume no longer qualifies for a FP!!!
