As Vinny has mentioned my ILR was on 5 year rule via Tier 2 General.

Now I am applying for my wife and kids.

ILR for Wife and kids

Hi, I have got my ILR in May 2013, now would like to apply for ILR for my wife and kids who are currently on Tier 2 Dependent visa, would like to know which form I should be using and what would be the required supporting documents. I was on Tier 2 General so complete Section 9 was left blank and regarding the other question it is just enough to mention the total number of years and months from the date you first arrived.

Yes I was paid Indian Salary for 11 months while I was in India and nothing in GBP.

Year 3 may/2011 may/2010 196
Year 4 may/2010 may/2009 178
