Thanks Mike I know I can apply on joint names, but my wife application is under consideration right now and on set o form I didn't select or tick any of the box for social benefits box. So I am confused now if I apply for child tax credits before application decision it might be considered deception...

Hi I am on ILR, already applied for child benefit, and about to apply for child tax credits, as it should be on joint names, i didn't mention it in the application form Set(O) form when i applied for her ILR as she completed 5 years as T1G Dependent of mine. Her bio metric has already been enrolled....

Hello there My wife T1G dependent is applying for her ILR through post(mine was approved on 23rd March), she was absent 213 days in total. But one absence is 182 days. One of the solicitor told me less than 250 days is not a problem. Can someone tell me why less than 250 days absence is fine? second...

So i can claim both despite she is not settled yet, wow thats new for me.
I read somewhere i can back track my claims for 3 months, is it in both types of benefits or only child benefits?

So original birth certificate and BRP photo copies of one of parent should be enough then?
My 2 kids visas are expiring on 19th April, and i have tried couple of borough's nationality checking service but no appointments are available before 19th April. is it still ok to apply myself though post?

well select date of decision 21st march and fill all the form. then on last page they will ask you to confirm the details so click on edit and change the date back to 24th march and submit. i know its playing around with the system. which PEO did you go? for some reason i can't send you pm , it goes...

I mentioned above call HMRC it will 3 months but they will update the records since last year or so they are doing. As someone mentioned above employers has to submit data every month rather than end of the year.
One of my friend is going through the same situation but he has p60 and payslips etc.

Hey man I got approval on 23rd and still waiting. Asked delivery company dx, they had nothing for me. All phone numbers and email addresses to report are not working anymore. To report you have to fill the form online.

UKBA dont have live access to HMRC system. Though both are government departments however they both use entirely different systems. HMRC Management softwares are completely different what UKBA use.
