Anyone able to apply normal visitor visa to India (not e-visa or emergency visitor visa) after the Covid started (March 2020) and when HCI/VFS were open.

EU countries stopped issuing schengen visa from March, so how can non Eu dependent can enter before applying for residence permit

I am British, living in UK.

I got EU Spouse visa for my wife (who is my dependent, staying with me) to visit France which was given by French embassy.

I guess the same can apply to my mother (who is my dependent, but staying in India)
