Re: Spouse visa refused - frustrating immigration rules

My understanding is that 320 11 shouldn't be used alone, there should also be aggravatting circumstances, check the rules itself, if your husband has any previous aggravatting factors, if he didn't have any, then 320 11 has been wrongly applied.

Re: SPOUSE VISA REFUSED

Yours is a case of ECO thinking your company is not genuine, then you go ahead and prove them wrong, if you truly searched and found your company on company house database, I will advice you to Appeal, provide screenshots evidence. So if they called you and no response, why didn't the ECO send you a...

Re: Please Help - at a loss! Settlement Visa Ghana

This must be a joke! You shouldnt have reapplied, you should have appealed this, going down the complaint route won't get you anything, the application fee is non refundable because a decision has been made on the application, so forget about it. the evidence that says you have two weeks from date o...

Re: Refusal of spouse visa help

Hi, I will advise you DON'T reapply. To be honest with you they will look for another silly reason to refuse you. The issue in the refusal seems like something that will succeed in appeal or if you ask them for a reconsideration, address the issues, ask your employer to put in writing and give detai...

Re: family settlement or family visitor and 320 7b

Many thanks Vinny, I have followed the links you sent, I found that 320 11 is a discretionary, do we stand a good chance if the eco considers the best interests of children?
