Hi. Caseworkers sometimes allow some discretion. So if your friend's leave has expired on 25th November, it is still not too late to apply for FLR.

It maybe useful to state reasons of the delay in a neatly typed covering letter.

Why will anyone be booted out of the UK for simply expressing incompetency in such serious matters? I totally disagree with TVT. The whole FLR(IED) procedure is wholly incompetent and just because the number of such WP-Visa holders is fairly low, its not a concern for most people. We are all tax-pay...
