I agree, no residence requirement for minor applicants, as the PBS dep has leave since before July 2012, the qualifying period is 2 years, B1 English and LIUK required for both adults. Hi,

In next month we are going to apply for ILR me and my wife , But I have a query for my son. He born in India in 2007 and came to uk on June 2013 on Tier 1 child dependant visa. Is it fine to exclude him from ILR and directly apply under MN1 form?
