In the past, on same tier 2 ICT category I have invited a visitor on family visitor visa but now the note on UKBA site says to have a family visitor you need to be 'settled ...
thanks.. we did bio metric on 1st March.. and have supplied info as asked by UKBA (one query to me & other to my employer), so now need to keep waiting until we hear anything further
