I brought in a copy of my ILR application a few months ago but they said the UKBA wanted confirmation about my visa application. I sent a letter back to my uni informing them that the UKBA is w...

Well my MP assistant called the MP hotline and they told her the other day that the last time my case was looked at was on the 15th April and that was to log into the system that I was past the 6 month time period but had not been assigned a case worker. She received a phone call today that informed...

Ok, so I just found out that my case has now been given to a case worker but they cannot confirm a date of processing. How long does it usually take to process if its been given to a case worker? I remember asking before and someone said two hours but I was not sure? Also....I found out from the law...

It costs £1200 but they can get you a new form and appointment and you can have the passport and documents within a week! He seemed really lovely so it's wo...

Andie_83 I decided to write a letter to Teresa May, Rob Whiteman, the Home Office and cc's my MP. My MP's assistant (who is very helpful) was able to find out today that they only acknowledged my application being over six months on the 15th April....when really it would have been on the 31 Feb. Not...

UKBA uncovered

Possibly the government needs to call a state of emergency and employ home based military agents to assist. Breaking into categories of difficultl...
