What's interesting that in Immigration Rules they write 'highly skilled migrants', but in the guidance 'Highly Skilled Migrants'. Why? I fail to see the difference between highly skilled migrants', but in the guidance 'Highly Skilled Migrants'. Unless you were pointing at capital letters... Highly ...
